Thanks to all the fans for waiting patiently! Still in a holding pattern but optimistic the clouds will lift and the flying will continue! Looking forward to seeing the @AFThunderbirds close out the show !

A turbo prop is in the air checking the weather and trying to get a read of the airspace. We’re hopeful the @AFThunderbirds can get up in the air soon for another great show!

Grissom's air traffic control tower sits above the early morning fog May 5, 2019. Grissom ATC manages commercial, civilian and military air traffic up to 10,000 feet between Chicago and Indy, going as far west as Lafayette, an area of more than 11,000 cubic miles. #ReserveReady
