october is OCD awareness month. i wish for people to educate themselves on OCD and to understand that it is a debilitating mental health disorder. it isn’t just being organised and clean. OCD has taken years of my life from me and i wish people knew how awful it really is.

one of the worst parts of BPD isn’t the splitting or the anger. It’s the total lack of emotional permanence. you can spend the whole day surrounded by people who love you people who show up, hold you, and say it out loud. But the exact second the door closes and you’re alone, it all evaporates.
It doesn’t just fade. It feels like it never existed. Your brain convinces you that you’ve always been this unloved, and you just forgot for a few hours
