@NHS24 And the link dosnt work I have now got through and they have arranged a home visit but start to finish that took 3 hours , perhaps you should look at your local doctors practise who fail to call patients for doctors during working hours

@KLM_UK 2/2 captain made announcement that several people had complained regarding how the male member of staff treated the female ! What is being done about this , bullying at work is not okay , and to reduce woman to tears shocking in front of customers

@KLM_UK was disgusted today by male member of staff at boarding gate , young female check in woman was visibly upset and wiping tears from her eyes the way the gentleman was speaking to her, I raised my concerns with airline staff and shortly after captain made announcement
