Some of the men humbling themselves asking you for support to pay their kids' school fees, don't even know what the school fees is. They have probably paid it in full but madam said that was for first term. Now he is running pillar to post to enter debt to pay fees he had already sorted.
The money would go into madam's savings while he suffers from BP thinking of how he will navigate the remaining bills at home and pay his debt. Odogwu 🙌🏾
DEPUTY MINISTER CALLS ON YOUTH TO LEAD AFRICA’S TRANSFORMATION | Deputy Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Hon. Wenzel Kavaka, has called on young people to take an active role in shaping Africa’s future, emphasising their central role in driving development and transformation. He made the remarks on 10 September 2026 during the 8th Youth Sustainable Development Conference (YSDC) 2026, held under the theme “Powering Change” at the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST) in Windhoek.
Hon. Kavaka highlighted the rapid changes taking place across Africa, particularly in technology, renewable energy, entrepreneurship and skills development. He stressed that Namibia’s development ambitions must translate into meaningful opportunities for young people to learn, work, build businesses, innovate and participate meaningfully in the economy. He further noted that young people need not only opportunities, but also the skills, information, networks, financing and platforms necessary to make use of them.
Encouraging young people attending the conference to make the most of the platform, the Deputy Minister urged them to ask questions, build relationships, challenge existing thinking and turn ideas into action. He reminded them that they are not waiting for Africa’s future, but are already part of building it, calling on them to develop their skills, create solutions and be prepared to lead the opportunities emerging from Namibia and Africa’s transformation.
