@Village_Hotels why do you allow your disable spaces to be filled by non blue badge holder and abdicate responsibility when alerted? As a wheelchair user it is impossible to park in a regular spot but staff at your hotels are, apparently, unable to do ANYTHING about it!

@welshbuildings (2) but original company insisted that it hadn’t failed had to then pay for a further DPC to rectify the issue. Moving again now so let’s see what the survey says!!

@welshbuildings (1) It’s an absolute mare!! Just don’t know where to start engaging a contractor to sort out damp issues with new property. Our current one had a ‘damp proof course’ installed a couple of years before we bought it but our survey came back with damp on two internal walls.
