@mickjones1 You don't pay for each visit that's made to an area. They would be demand led and the number of people parking on the restrictions needs for them to enforce. The highways team would have surveyed the road to see there was a need for the restrictions, they just enforce them.

Normal streets people don't on mass park on the double yellow lines and there are no signs telling people it's illegal so why is a rural scene any different?

@KathH3 @TelfordWrekin Kath an e-permit is free for Telford and Wrekin residents and takes a minute of time to obtain them. Definitely no excuse. It's likely to be the person in van carrying out a commercial job and not pricing in the true disposal cost.
