📣🚨 Henry Nowak Murder Case ⚠️

Victim:

Henry Nowak, 18 years old
Polish-British, first-year Accounting student at the University of Southampton.

Originally from Chafford Hundred, Essex.

Incident:

On the night of December 3, 2025, in Southampton, Henry was stabbed to death.

A Hampshire Police officer handcuffed him while he was critically injured and bleeding from stab wounds.

The perpetrator, Vikram Digwa, falsely claimed that the drunk Henry had racially abused and attacked him first.

Bodycam footage released later clearly shows Henry telling the officer “I’ve been stabbed,” but being ignored.

Court Outcome (May–June 2026):

On May 28, 2026, the jury rejected Digwa’s self-defence claim and found Vikram Digwa guilty of murder.

His mother, Kiran Kaur, was convicted of perverting the course of justice.

On June 1, Digwa was sentenced to life imprisonment, with a minimum term of 21 years.

The judge ruled that Digwa’s claims — that he was pushed and racially abused by Nowak — were “persuasive but entirely false.”

Criticism of Police Response:

Elon Musk criticised the officer’s actions as “disgusting” and offered to fund a wrongful death lawsuit.

Calls for “private sanctions” against the officers involved have emerged, with some people doxxing police officers’ personal information and home addresses on social media.
