I am supporting Sharon Graham this time, but that said this is an interesting article, despite it being from the AWL:
Debate on the Unite union general secretary election https://t.co/KIvFJUQ97c
Zarah Sultana MP invokes parliamentary privilege to inform the British public about reporting by The Grayzone on the corrupt trial of six Palestine Action activists
Sultana stated that if convicted, the defendants "will be sentenced as terrorists, but the jury will not be told that”
“They could convict them on criminal damage charges with no idea that terrorism sentences will follow," she continued. "Not a single terrorism charge has been brought forward. The proscription has been ruled unlawful and the defendants themselves have been banned from telling the jury that they acted to stop genocide under threat of contempt charges”

Our campaign stands for maximum member democracy, with real power and autonomy for members and branches. It's your party.
I’m proud to be standing on the Grassroots Left slate for the Your Party CEC in London, alongside @Ana_Zardoshti@TPleicester@Soph__wilson@maxshanly and many other amazing candidates across the country
Help us build a truly democratic, member-led, mass socialist party!
I have been informed that the ICO has dropped the case around the Your Party membership portal.
I always anticipated that this inquiry would conclude with no further action and I am pleased that everyone can now draw a line under the matter.
Like many members of Your Party, I am looking forward to campaigning for a Central Executive Committee (CEC) that breaks decisively from Labour right tactics, gives power to members and local branches, and helps build a mass movement for socialism.
I will continue working closely with Jeremy and comrades across the movement to build on our 60,000 members — the largest socialist party in the UK since the 1940s. Let’s get to work ✊🏽
Five hunger strikers for Palestine have been hospitalised since beginning their hunger strike.
Lives are at immediate risk.
David Lammy cannot pretend to be ignorant of what is happening — he will be fully culpable for the consequences of continued inaction.
The Electoral Commission publicly REJECTED "The Left Party" as a name on 11 Sept for being "confusingly similar" to another party: https://t.co/UsvBCr2VsM
Yet Zarah Sultana says: "Obviously I wanted it... dismissed, not even put on the ballot for members to choose, which is all very interesting."
The facts re this are public record. As a basic, members should be able to trust our representatives to be straight with them.
By the Many: Working-Class Leadership through a standardised #YourParty CEC Candidate Transparency Statement, requiring disclosure of income sources, assets, political employment, and campaign spending, would enable members to vote with class conscience.

For me, the big question here is do we want a bureaucratic, disciplinary apparatus that combs obsessively through the social media of members on the left? Of course we don’t.
Your Party needs to be a big tent, multi-tendency, socialist party.
We need an Option C: members of other parties can join as long as their party doesn't run against us in elections.
Your Party's founding conference next weekend is an opportunity to put the distractions and drama behind us and refocus on what actually matters: our members, our movement and our shared political vision of socialism.
The time is now.

I’ve always fought — and always will — for maximum member democracy.
If you believe Your Party should be explicitly socialist, radically democratic, rooted in mass movement and led by our members, not MPs — join me and back these democratic demands:
