The winner of the Homemade Bento Competition is Ryuu, a new 20 year old Itomomo fan who has supported her for six months and met her for the first time on the show.

He faced Tsurutsuru in the final, a 51 year old Yuiyui fan who has supported her for almost 10 years and AKB48 for 16 years!

The two had to pedal exercise bikes for 10 minutes to generate enough electricity to power the members' performance of "Suki-ish". The winner was decided by who generated more electricity for their Oshi.

20 AKB48 fans, ranging in age from 20 to 64, will take on a series of challenges for the chance to win a Homemade Bento prepared by Oguri Yui and Ito Momoka on September 16th!

The contest took place on a weekday, at 7:30am with no information about what's about to take place. Among the contestants is a fan who limits his monthly food budget to just ¥15000 ($97.62) so he can spend 70% of his salary on AKB48, a 64 year old man whose life changed after discovering Ito Momoka following his retirement, a man who was inspired by Oguri Yui's hard work to pursue his dream of becoming a comedian, and a mother who says AKB48 gives her the motivation to keep going while balancing work and raising her children.

The challenges include holding a 5kg weighted portrait of their Oshi above their heads, stacking cups, and completing an "Aitakatta" style shuttle run.

The final two contestants will then pedal power-generating bicycles while the two members perform "Suki-ish", using the electricity they generate to keep the idols illuminated.
