@PhonePe Requested account closure in May. It’s now been over a month with no response and no way to reach customer support. Is this how customer concerns are handled? Please resolve this urgently.

@TataMotors_Cars it's been 2 days and still I am waiting for an update regarding the rust issue. Still can't understand how the car can automatically start rusting in 3 years. This is my 3rd car, I was using a Suzuki and Skoda b4 this. I never had this kinda issue.
I raised a UPI wrong transfer complaint with @TheOfficialSBI.
The case was marked "resolved," but the email states that the chargeback response from the beneficiary bank is still pending (as per NPCI timelines).
