As branch HOP, I voluntarily left operations for sales.

I made this move in my first four years in banking.

After that movement, I touched two other banks and two Fintechs before I left banking.

Some people I started the job with are still in operations, same bank and the highest growth they've achieved is one step up.

I have a career I am pursuing and it is beyond sitting in the office and approving transactions.

Sales is hard, yeah. Is life easy?

I have traveled quite a number of states i don’t think anywhere beats Benin in Terms of housing.

Every landlord always build additional self contain or 2Bed attached to his house to give out for rent.

This has been a long standing practice which makes housing so surplus and a bit cheaper compared to other states.

You can get a comfortable self contain, with water, kitchen cabinet and wardrobe for 250k.

Only sales can make you grow sporadically, if you get an offer especially for banks please take it, just be strategic and build relationships as you go.
