Sadly had a family death and they now want me to provide the death certificate and questioned who had died. Talk about insensitive.

@Amy4Rail really upset to have been charged twice for our return journey from London to Taunton. £128 charged again. I have Emailed @thetrainpal and explained what happened and they have offered me a £5 refund after admitting we shouldn’t have been charged again via an email. 🤬

@LBC They weren’t real police, they didn’t have rainbow helmets or little rainbows painted on their cheeks. I think that the real police were attending the diversity in policing award ceremonies.
