@danielsand7@schlibbs@Pravda47 Capital oppresses in itself. Capital needs people in a worse situation than someone else, so they have a reserve of people to work jobs. "You don't want to work anymore? Well fine here's this guy who does it for half your pay because his family is about to die in Africa if not"
@danielsand7@schlibbs@Pravda47 How am I being dishonest? These people would be better off if we didn't enslave them to work 75% of their day, if they didn't have to send their children to work, yet they have to! The system demands their exploitation and when they don't do, then others will and they will die.
@danielsand7@schlibbs@Pravda47 About 35% of the global working-age population perform some kind of voluntary work, about 25% is person-to-person, rest organized. In the US, about 75 million people volunteer, bringing a worth of about 170 billion, and your talking about people not wanting to work?
@danielsand7@schlibbs@Pravda47 We already are post-scarcity, its just that capitalism needs poor people to enslave (post-colonial) and even to move into 1st world countries to better their lives (where they get exploited aswell, surplus value)
we produce enough to secure food, water, etc. for everyone.
@Maplenormer@Paroimiai_18x2@Pravda47 When have I said any of that?
1st quote never happened
2nd quote never happened
Fascism is a symptom of capitalism.
The Holocaust happened
I am all for lgbtq+ rights?
Are you ragebaiting for the love of the game?
@danielsand7@schlibbs@Pravda47 How does money work in your provided future? If robots do everything, what dictates the prices, who gives people money and why do we need money? Who makes sure the upper class won't hoard robots and make us consumer slaves, just like they do now (subscription models, etc.)?
@danielsand7@schlibbs@Pravda47 Ok, simple question, are you arguing based on your feelings, beliefs and "what you've heard" or are you actually educated on it and can cite sources for what you stand for? Because I'd love citations for how a fully robotic capitalist society would free the working class.
@CapreolusPygar@GBaseme55069@MarioMa85943721@Pravda47 I don't disagree with you on this. Just think about it, you own a big corporation, would you try to stop a fascist regime from forming if it gets you cheap labor and extra funding? They were also still private companies, owned by capitalists.
