CA politics suck, yet these locations would be golden $$$. It’s terribly sad the corporations lawyers and CPA would have to do some major accounting to see if the CA allowed criminal activity and the inaction regarding crime via police and judges would be cost effective. Such is life.

Another location that would work is I-40 in Flagstaff, Az.

The Democrat and Republican Party have been infiltrated by communism/marxism and whatever other name they wish to add to their version of fairness.
They have enough placed now to destroy the USA and we’re watching it daily.
This started under Eisenhower and McCarthy was correct. Many who were accused were communists and the communists using the media and eventually the education systems managed to switch facts for symbolism.

Two things can be true at once. Corporate greed, most likely tied heavily to our political system is a major issue and cannot be ignored.
Corporate greed was encouraged and allowed by our elected representatives and the people they placed in positions of power.
A Marxist explained it like this to me: we break every system, then we install people loyal to us, you won’t know the first few are loyal to Marx and his principles, these people will install loyalists in every position of our government, banks, corporations, schools on and on. These are the people who allowed Covid, without them Covid those nowhere. These are also the people who forced us to borrow 8 trillion for fraud mostly. This all started per a Marxist in the 1940’s, they gain education systems starting in the 1950’s. Completely true or not we can certainly see there is a lot of truth to what I’ve been told and taught.
Finally securing health and education under Obama preK to graduate, was the crème de La crème for them. Hence the DSA mayors, DSA people are not socialists, they just know the real terms would cause un electability. So they use language to confuse and obfuscate.

They have a plan. And it’s being executed and we’re blind to it.
I personally sat with devout Marxists in the 1980’s. They are not a rag tag bunch

None of these people were radical. They wished and dreamed they were. They are people whose time has come.
They were whiny, bitchy, soft, weak and still don’t have fortitude nor much actual ability besides bitching and moaning about everything they don’t like.
Most normal people don’t spend time on what they do not like, they spend time on what they like or enjoy.

Also July 1 2026 new tax on gasoline so more of price of ca gas can be blamed on trump.

Also a new tax on media is forthcoming I believe. All digital media is proposed to be taxed 5-10% as I understand in Californias 2027 budget.
