What is the difference between a Cool Boy & a Clad Boy?
Both are vacuum lifters however...
The Cool Boy can lift flat or minimal profiled vertical & horizontal wall panels.
The Clad Boy can be set up to lift both roof & wall panels with varying profiles.

You can only lift roof panels with a Rota Boy.
This is due to the rotational mechanism that rotates panels.
But not to worry...

A standard Pack Boy has 1m wide forks.
The Pack Boy Wide lets you lift packs of 1.2m wide panels quickly and safely.

What is the difference between a Cool Boy 250 & a Cool Boy 375?
The Cool Boy 375 is a larger vacuum lifting machine than the Cool Boy 250.
Due to this, it has a greater lifting capacity.
The numbers show the SWL of the units;
Cool Boy 250 = 250kg.
Cool Boy 375 = 375kg.
How can I maintain my vacuum lifter?
The key is to look after your seals.
These connect the machine to the material you are lifting.
If these are damaged then suction may not be able to be achieved correctly.
Just like you, batteries don't like the cold!
Low temperatures will reduce battery capacity with vacuum lifters (and any other equipment you have on site) which means machines may require re-charging more regularly
Other than the inconvenience, there 's no safety issue however.
Why can't certain vacuum lifters lift certain materials?
It depends on a few factors:

One panel is not the same as another panel... A Kingspan KS1000RW vertical panel is different to a Eurobond Firemaster horizontal panel.
This is why we need further information on the panels and project...
