@jmpd Please fulfill your mandate and stop the illegal dumping and burning around Kya Sands @KyaBurning - we, the tax paying residents are being poisoned by the air we breathe.
The South African Constitution is a promise that no person stands above another, that power belongs to the people, not politicians, parties, or history.
It protects your right to speak, believe, work, live, and dream freely in the country you call home.
The Constitution is also clear on discrimination. Under Section 9, the state may not unfairly discriminate directly or INDRECTLY against anyone on grounds including race, ethnicity, colour, sex, religion, or culture.
Every person is equal before the law and has the right to equal protection and benefit of the law.
The government should read it.
Politicians aren't held accountable for their crimes, and race-based laws are a big no-no.

“ILLEGAL POSSESSION…OF FIREARM”.
@GunFreeSA told @eNCA that licensed firearm owners must do refresher proficiency training because people who have neither firearm competency certificates nor licenses broke the law.
Can someone please explain the point of that demand?
@TheeEwanBotha@jozifm Hi Ewan
Kya Sands is burning at all time high levels. Right now, 5km away we can barely breathe.
Please. Get back on Kya Sands as a matter of urgency.
@VanessaFarah6 Are you still in the area?
@LeighMathys And the DA doesn’t answer to you, either.
Speaking of which: when a DA MP uses a firearm, he does so legally and successfully defends three innocent lives from criminal attack.
When an EFF MP “uses” a gun, he does so illegally and irresponsibly, and receives a prison sentence.
The aggressor had an Illegal firearm.
The defender was legally armed.
If the defender wasn't armed. He would be dead and you wouldn't report a thing on this case.
