MSM Silent As Court Holds PCR Covid Tests 97% Inaccurate - Unfit for Purpose

The main stream media (MSM) in Europe and the US is deathly silent as a court determines the PCR test legally useless to test for Covid.

The Landmark legal ruling finds that Covid tests are not fit for purpose. So what does the MSM do? They ignore it

Four German holidaymakers who were illegally quarantined in Portugal after one was judged to be positive for Covid-19 have won their case, in a verdict that condemns the widely-used PCR test as being up to 97-percent unreliable.

Earlier this month, Portuguese judges upheld a decision from a lower court that found the forced quarantine of four holidaymakers to be unlawful. The case centered on the reliability (or lack thereof) of Covid-19 PCR tests.

The verdict, delivered on November 11, followed an appeal against a writ of habeas corpus filed by four Germans against the Azores Regional Health Authority. This body had been appealing a ruling from a lower court which had found in favor of the tourists, who claimed that they were illegally confined to a hotel without their consent. The tourists were ordered to stay in the hotel over the summer after one of them tested positive for coronavirus in a PCR test - the other three were labelled close contacts and therefore made to quarantine as well.

Unreliable, with a strong chance of false positives

The deliberation of the Lisbon Appeal Court is comprehensive and fascinating. It ruled that the Azores Regional Health Authority had violated both Portuguese and international law by confining the Germans to the hotel. The judges also said that only a doctor can “diagnose” someone with a disease, and were critical of the fact that they were apparently never assessed by one.

They were also scathing about the reliability of the PCR (polymerase chain reaction) test, the most commonly used check for Covid.

The conclusion of their 34-page ruling included the following: “In view of current scientific evidence, this test shows itself to be unable to determine beyond reasonable doubt that such positivity corresponds, in fact, to the infection of a person by the SARS-CoV-2 virus.”

The Pfizer COVID-19 “vaccine” injected into billions of arms was not the same one used in Pfizer’s clinical trials.

There was a “bait and switch.” The clinical trials tested “Process 1” while the public received “Process 2.”

And what they never told you is that “Process 2” was only tested on about 252 people, instead of 40,000 people.

They also didn’t tell you that the vials were contaminated with plasmid DNA.

A new study by Kevin McKernan and colleagues found “the presence of billions to hundreds of billions of DNA molecules per dose in these vaccines. Using fluorometry, all vaccines exceed the guidelines for residual DNA set by FDA and WHO of 10 ng/dose by 188 to 509-fold.”

In layman’s terms, that’s not 500%; that is up to 500 times the amount of residual DNA that is acceptable.

Other oncologists have contacted me from all over the world including from Australia and the US. The consensus is that it is no longer confined to melanoma but that increased incidence of lymphomas, leukaemias and kidney cancers is being seen after booster injections. Additionally my colorectal cancer colleagues report an epidemic of explosive cancers (those presenting with multiple metastatic spread in the liver and elsewhere). All these cancers are occurring (with very few exceptions) in patients who have been forced to have a Covid booster whether they were keen or not, for many so they could travel. 
So why are these cancers occurring?  T cell suppression was my first likely explanation given that immunotherapy is so effective in these cancers. However we must also now consider DNA plasmid and SV40 integration in promoting cancer development, a feature made even more concerning by reports that mRNA spike protein binds p53 and other cancer suppressor genes. It is very clear and very frightening that these vaccines have several elements to cause a perfect storm in cancer development in those patients lucky enough to have avoided heart attacks, clots, strokes, autoimmune diseases and other common adverse reactions to the Covid vaccines.
To advise booster vaccines, as is the current case, is no more and no less than medical incompetence; to continue to do so with the above information is medical negligence which can carry a custodial sentence.

I used to tell people this all the time pre-COVID for why they should focus on vit D and not flu shots because significantly more effective and not dangerous at all, while a flu shot can obliterate your life in a single day.

We should never forget the great purge from Youtube and elsewhere that happened to all the content on nutrition and COVID/Flu/etc. I had playlists full of lectures on vit D and illness, and they all got nuked and censored. I had lectures on vit A and measles get deleted as well.

William Egan, the FDA director, couldn't answer a single question about thimerosal definitively with science or specificity. Every response was without substance, behaving as a cagey lawyer trying to avoid saying something incriminating, protecting his criminal corporate masters that fund half of his agency and control it.

The only safety study on thimerosal done in humans at the time, was done by the corporation Eli Lily back in 1929.

What's even crazier, is that they only tested it 27 people who were already dying from meningitis, and every single one of them died in the trial. They didn't attribute the fatalities to the thimerosal of course, so that allowed them to add it to a bunch of vaccines without question.

This is the kind of science the FDA required before allowing a vaccine containing mercury to be injected into your infant. It's criminal negligence.
