@BallsGolf This was the Pro Special, of course. They did a Maxfli Red Max(90) Black Max(100) both Balata and Silver Max(2-piece Surlyn cover) they were all based loosely on the Dunlop 65/Slazenger Plus or Fireball template and remained the premium offerings until the DDH/B51 came along.

@BallsGolf According to my remembering of Dunlop days in the early/mid 80s. It was a 1.68 version of the Dunlop 65, with the same liquid centre, same dimples, elastic winding and just a softer feel balata. It was marketed as a Maxfli because it had a more premium branding name in Japan.

@PeterFinchGolf I agree what you say about Rory being #4, the fact he played Scottie was a bit suss too. I know they won, but questions need to be asked as to why only 15-13? We halved games we should have won and lost games we should have halved? The should’ve been 18-10, it somehow wasn’t?

@GolfBetTip @PeterFinchGolf @TheBerkshireGC @Iona_Stephen One of the main reasons they shot 59, @PeterFinchGolf holed 6-7 longish putts on the front nine. Plus this eagle hole-out. @Iona_Stephen barely had to putt. I’ve watched Peter’s videos for years, best I ever saw him putt.

@PGATUOR I don’t get him? He is ranked 1. But in comparison to all the other past 1’s I just think he isn’t a World number 1. He obviously works hard and performs very well. If all the current players played at their best, Rory is by far the best golfer.
