@ToddStashwick @JeriLRyan@StarTrekOnPPlus It was such a joy to watching Captain Shaw. I went from initially disliking him in beginning because he was a complete ass to crying when he died telling Seven she's the captain now.
@shuttlepodshow @ToddStashwick @paramountplus sent me a Trek survey, one of the questions asked me to choose my favorite 4 Starfleet Captains from a list of 12. Well @ToddStashwick Captain Shaw was 1 of my 4 picks! He rocks!
@JumpInRE Living below our means. We bought a small house and I've only owned 3 cars in 30 years. Growing up I saw my middle class parents spend $$ like drunken sailors and always complaining they had no money. I didn't want to be like them.
@birgitkgaiser @StarTrek That's cool! I didn't realize people are still looking for these plates. I have about a dozen of various TOS ones that bought in the late 80s, early 90s from conventions
@TomAmityCorless Enjoyed your rant about this on @WDWNT news today show. I completely agree you. These theme parks support so many jobs and are in escape from reality when you need it. One of the reasons my wife & I watch you is because you tell it how it is.
@luckyjen1128@trvlsizprincess@carlyewisel We went to California in Sept and visited DT Disney and enjoyed it. I felt safer there, than when we went grocery shopping at the Costco in Irvine where there were tons people milling about, no distancing and some without masks. I just don't get it.
@TomAmityCorless Maybe it was a glitch. I made a whole bunch of reservation changes at more desired times last night around 2am but now when I look it's back to nothing available again.
@TomAmityCorless Has WDW increased their dining capacity? We have a trip coming in mid December and now I noticed all of a sudden there are tons of availability at restaurants. Places that were impossible to get are now easily available.
@mycroft16@mainstrtmouse@OrangeGrove55@GavinNewsom needs to get his head out of the sand. From what I've seen on YouTube, I'd feel safer walking around WDW then when I was at Costco in Irvine, CA. Crowds of people in store, no distancing, some without masks.
@DEADLINE CA govt needs to wake up about theme parks. I'm from CT,we were on SoCal trip last month, stopped at Costco in Irvine for groceries, it was a total mad house there. 100s of people milling about the store, no one physically distancing, some had masks on some not. Makes no sense.
