@SJC_fishy It's payment for having to keep your kid home and teaching them during covid. So essentially compensation for 2 years of work as a teacher. Equivalent to around 8 cents an hour.

@TorontoTeacherX @kirkrussell4 Yeah their own kids diapers. For which they take a year of parental leave then complain that they haven't gotten a raise in 2 years. Those that work with special kids or day cares are not teachers they're support workers (ECEs). Next!
