2. Jaclyn & the lab rushed production.
3. Quality control sucked.

@AshlyeKyle I can’t stand the fact that she points out the fibers on the lipsticks and claim that it’s not dangerous. THAT IS CONTAMINATION because fibers don’t belong on lipstick in the first place so therefore it’s contaminated. I’m so done with this bitch....
