◾ Class 1 & 2 e-bikes: Up to 20 mph, allowed on roads, trails, and in parks.
◾ Class 3 e-bikes: Up to 28 mph, must be 16+ to operate, roads only.
◾ Electric motorcycles: Over 4,476 watts, require license with motorcycle endorsement, registration & insurance. Not allowed on trails, sidewalks, or in parks.
◾ Other vehicles: Dirt bikes, ATVs, minibikes, Go-Peds, and other off highway vehicles are not allowed on roads, trails, sidewalks, or in parks.
