Wuwa filtered casuals, it doesn't have to tweak numbers much but has higher mechanical powercreep.
HSR inflates enemies to force you to tweak your team.

Powercreep is a straight up braindead point. Literally every game mentioned here has both crazy powercreep and hp inflation.
