@Murray_Kinsella Who?

[the grey man @4ndy10]

@SkyNews Found safe and well outside of the state. So she just moved house and didn't tell anyone.

[the grey man @4ndy10]

@ScotsPolFed That's a year pretty much gone. The fight has been lost. Prepare for a low ball offer "over two years" this April that'll work out far worse than what was offered last year.

[the grey man @4ndy10]

@glove931 But you only know it's a trap after with hindsight.

In the moment they make the decision based on their principles. If they score 3 tries from mauls everyone talks about how amazing it is. Fail to score and everyone bemoans the decision making.

[the grey man @4ndy10]

@glove931 Biggest source of tried in world rugby is the line out maul.

Mathews is the top try scorer because of the line out maul.

They have to back themselves.

[the grey man @4ndy10]

3 mitigating factors
1. He's dropping his height into the tackle
2. The initial contact is on the shoulder and rides up
3. It's a side on tackle so fairly passive

How does he arrive at high level danger for a yellow card?

[the grey man @4ndy10]

Holy sh*t!

A legend 'til the end.

[Progressive Rugby @ProgressiveRug]

Wow.

That is unbelievably powerful.

[the grey man @4ndy10]

The Marrlequins loving @WorldRugby s new T1 rugby game.

Great fun when playing it as a stand alone but actually a really good option for smaller sided games too.

@BristolBears and @Saracens restoring my faith in rugby after another box kick fest by @LeicesterTigers 😴😴 @premrugby @WorldRugby please do something about this constant refusal to play rugby on the middle 3rd

[the grey man @4ndy10]

@WestRefs @GWRFC @MarrRugby Thank you so much.

Any help would be appreciated. @gwrfcladies @GWRFC

[the grey man @4ndy10]

@WestRefs do you have some new/budding referees who want a chance to ref some Ladies Aspiring games on Sunday @GWRFC . The last round at @MarrRugby had no referee cover leaving the coaches unable to coach and having to spend the entire day refing multiple games.

[Cumnock Rugby @CumnockRugby]

“Alexa, show me something good”

Two Preseason games down! Over 120 points scored.

👀

[the grey man @4ndy10]

@scotrugbycoach @berwickrugby @MusselburghRFC Will referee's consider a card for a tackle below shoulder height but above the bottom of sternum or is that penalty only?
I took it from the webinar that it would be penalty only but have been told from two separate refs already that consideration may be given to issuing a card

@BlueJays first baseball game. Free shirt included! #BaseBall #BlueJays

History made @MarrRugby as the senior Ladies took to the pitch for the first time in front of a good crowd in a training game against Dumfries Saints. Most of our ladies have only been playing for a matter of months but you'd never have known. Absolutely class! 💜💛

[Marr Girls Rugby @MarrGirlsRugby]

Congratulations to Marr Ladies who played their first match this afternoon and were absolutely AWESOME!!
👏👏👏 💜💛🏉

Well done to Dumfries Ladies & the Irvine Ladies who played too.

It was a fantastic game, the @MarrRugby Girls thoroughly enjoyed being there!

[the grey man @4ndy10]

Not long now! 💜💛

📣 MARR LADIES FIRST GAME 📣

This Saturday our Marr Ladies team will be playing in their first ever match when they play Dumfries Saints Ladies at Fullarton. A lot of hard work has been put in behind the scenes to get the ladies section up and running…

[the grey man @4ndy10]

@GdivReps Same softly softly, please see our "sensible" request kind of approach as last year received the same kind of response........funny that. 🤔 we'll look just forward to the back dated 3% in December then.

[the grey man @4ndy10]

@RandA Looks delighted with her win.

@TightFive_Rugby Everyone: "low tackles will ruin the game. You can't dominate the collision"
