When I asked the Prime Minister about when we can expect trains to be running to Fleetwood he talked at me about Bolton…. I’ve delivered him a map highlighting exactly where Fleetwood is to help him support the campaign to get Fleetwood back on track. #Fleetwood#BackOnTrack 🚂
Bed time reading and preparation for Fylde Coast learning and development over the next few months. Covering new things and revisiting others. The favourite part of my job 😊 @LancsFamilies

The animal my team chose to relate to at today's @LancsFamilies summit was a 🦋 as it symbolises change, hope and positivity whilst representing transformation - our transformation to family safeguarding #familysafeguarding
Today is our first ever Family Safeguarding Summit where all the staff in the function come together to celebrate and reflect on all we have achieved, recognise our own strengths and plan to build on them driving forward. Its great to see the team developing together!
If you are intersted in working in a way that uses familys strengths to work on their struggles come along to our virtual openday!

You know you have one of the best colleagues EVER when a box of freshly made brownies are delivered to your door. Such a thoughtful surprise. The support around you is everything ❤
Change doesnt happen overnight and breaking steps down into achieveable chunks is a key principle of #familysafeguarding
The sum total of these smaller chunks can be huge and each one achieved comes with its own motivation.
Ended the wk with fab feedback for a SW in my team. So proud of them embracing the new way of working and this shows we are getting this right @LancsFamilies 'thankyou for trusting and believing in us' 'people are lucky to have someone like you help them and understand them.'
"I really admire how you are so open and honest with the family, but in a way that isnt crushing and keeps them working with you. Its the best Social Work I've seen"
