If you’re currently seeking additional eligibility, we’re coming together to demand fairness.

A group of current and former JUCO players in NCAA football, including myself, is creating a petition against the NCAA eligibility guidelines. It’s unfair that one athlete was temporarily granted an extra year of eligibility because he generates NIL revenue, while the rest of us are denied the same opportunity.

We’re calling on the NCAA to temporarily grant all athletes in similar situations an additional year of eligibility until the court case is resolved. We deserve equal treatment and the chance to reclaim our eligibility.
