Banks strictly follow Ramp & Lift rules, are often forced to work without lunch hours , which is questioned rightfully every time by citizens citing RBI rules and Supreme Court orders (every one become policy makers or Judges , Lawyers before bankers) . Yet PSB staff always help senior citizens with care.

But the same people have the courage to bark even before SP Office like they do daily in banks.

Respected officers, please come down and meet such citizens. A small gesture can bring big relief.
