As survivors of a pandemic, we should act like survivors.Yes, we lost friends, family, jobs, expected experiences, etc.But we didn't lose our present or our future. For that we should be grateful and humble. Life is still there to be lived! Don't lament the past,be inspired by it.
You don’t stumble into significance. You don’t just wake up one morning and learn you need to take care of yourself. You create plans and practices that allow you to amplify the healthy elements of your life.
