Watchdog's first check of a token only records a baseline.

You are alerted when something changes after that, not about how the token already was.

On Arc, the finalized block is the latest block or one behind.

So anything a tool reads at finalized can't be reorganised away. The 4rc.OS indexer and Watchdog both read it that way.

Mint lets you set decimals from 0 to 18.

"I can mint more later" is optional, and it comes with an optional maximum supply. Leave it off and the supply is fixed. One transaction, simulated before you sign.

Four folders keep the 4rc.OS desktop tidy: System, Trust, Create and Trade.

Trust holds Inspector and Watchdog. Create holds Mint and Drop. Trade holds Swap, Bridge and Radar. You pick a folder by what you want to do.

Unknown is not a pass.

If a contract has admin functions but no owner Inspector can read, the ownership and privilege findings say "unknown", never "pass". The same goes for upgradeable code and anything it can't read.

Watchdog alerts you on Telegram when the deepest pool of a token you watch loses at least 30% and at least 500 USDC or EURC.
