Congress has been saying from day one that there is nothing in this case. Unnecessarily Rajiv ji was made a political victim of this propaganda. @INCIndia
Remembering Shri Dilip Sardesai Ji on his birth anniversary. His elegance at the crease, unwavering determination, and memorable performances against the world's best bowling attacks earned him a cherished place in Indian cricket history.

It has now been close to two weeks that Parliament has remained virtually non-functional. What is particularly disappointing is the apparent lack of any serious initiative on the part of the Government to engage with the Opposition and resolve the prevailing impasse. In a parliamentary democracy, the responsibility for ensuring the smooth functioning of Parliament rests primarily with the Government. A government commanding a majority cannot merely expect proceedings to resume on their own; it must demonstrate the political will to build consensus through dialogue and accommodation.
Instead of reaching out to the Opposition, the Government appears content to allow the stalemate to continue while shifting the entire blame onto the Opposition. Such an approach neither reflects democratic maturity nor serves the larger national interest.
The Opposition has consistently maintained that issues of grave public importance deserve discussion within Parliament. Its precious time must not be lost because of the Government's reluctance to engage in meaningful dialogue. The nation expects both responsibility and statesmanship. The Government must rise to that expectation by demonstrating openness, flexibility and a genuine commitment to restoring the normal functioning of Parliament.
