Happy Saturday, 4sight Family!
As a reminder: More is not better, less is more.
If you are confused, ask any collegiate / professional athlete with nagging injuries from overtraining between the ages of 14 - 18 y/o.
It’s that time of year where athletics and academics overlap.
Other elements to expect from the new basketball club team:
1. Scrimmages / runs against former collegiate players.
2. Recruiting exposure for those interested.
3. Highly-individualized goal-setting.

All basketball clubs have different priorities, here are ours:
1. Develop integrity-driven student-athletes.
2. Foster an empowering environment for athletes to learn about themselves.
3. Provide a healthy dose of adversity in preparation for life after HS.

A new month starts today - are you turning up the energy for new results or are you maintaining the same energy expecting different results?
We hope you are not the latter.
Bring energy, and be better! ⚡️
We cannot express how proud we are of all 4sight Athletes who have competed and will compete this weekend for winter-sport championships! Good luck, play hard, and make the most of your experience! 🏆🤞

Middle School Athletes:
The most difficult aspect of sports when you transition to HS is the speed. Your mental ability to slow them down will only come with reps / experience - but you can’t control that.
You can control your physical preparedness.
Begin training now.
⏳
Day 1 of Week 2 of 2023 Complete ✅
Accountability check:
Goals?
Energy / vibes?
Productivity?
Self-care?
Continue to evaluate these on a consistent basis - your growth will surprise you 🌱
Vision boards, wallpapers, goals on paper, mindset reminders on mirrors - sure, they may not last until the end of the year, but be intentional with your actions from the get-go!
The conscious effort - and some accountability from us - makes the difference.

This week was difficult. Thank you to those who were flexible about my availability - I needed to prioritize my mental health.
When the time was right, I was able to attend 4sight Athletes’ games - and they uplifted me.
I’m beyond thankful - Happy Holidays!
- Coach Sean 🎄🤞
Good luck to all 4sight Athletes taking final exams and finishing up their academic terms this week!
Approach them the same way you do games - with composure, high-quality rest, and the faith from your preparation!
We are here if you need Academic Services! 📚

We are here if you need us, 4sight Family! FALL may not have panned out as you expected, you may be struggling to start the WTR season, or you may be unsure about your team this upcoming SPR.
Regardless, let us know how we can help. A strong athlete is a a self-aware one.
🤞🙏
Happy Monday, 4sight Family! We hope that you are having a wonderful Monday, start to your week, and kickstart to November! 🍂
If you are celebrating Halloween, please stay safe tonight! 🙏🎃
Coach Sean's go-to button-pushers:
"It's okay, don't go hard - I know you don't want minutes this year."
"Keep avoiding the challenge. You'll regret it when Coach can't play you."
We support you, but don't forget, sports / life requires you to compete with yourself daily ⚡
Amateurs let life get in the way; high-level individuals and professionals don't.
Stay consistent, and stick to your routine! 🙌

Hey, 4sight Family!
Mom, dad, big sis, big bro, and whomever are critical of you because they love you. We want to add something:
We are proud of you.
Have a good weekend!
💙⚡
FALL athletes are in-season, but if you're a WTR / SPR athlete, be mindful of how you're preparing this off-season.
Do you remember the best team that you played last year?
If yes, are you preparing for that level of intensity / talent?
When games start, there's no running.
Similar to how there are skill trainers who have different backgrounds and experiences with athletes - the same goes for performance specialists.
Be sure your strength and conditioning coach isn't training you for CrossFit, bodybuilding, etc. You can get hurt this way! 🚫🙅
Rest days are NECESSARY, but don't be a "sometimes" athlete.
Sometimes shows up.
Sometimes brings energy.
Sometimes stays focused.
⚡Schedule / organize workouts.
⚡Greet your coach and get to work.
⚡Maintain consistent lifestyle habits.
