One of the best and most meaningful gift (to me) that we have given my son, Parker. He’s wanted his photo added to this collection for a few years. This is 4 generations of Husby football players. Complacency kills consistency.

The season is long.
If you haven’t gotten the results you wanted yet, keep grinding — you never know when your opportunity will come. If you have gotten the results you wanted, remember this: you still have to earn your spot every single day. Don’t get complacent.

The real work starts now. As the high school, college, and pro seasons get underway, your routine should be locked in and consistent. Set clear goals for the year and stay committed to the process: hydration, workouts, stretching, training, and recovery.

At the end of the day, talent will get you noticed, but consistency will keep you on the field.
