Space shuttle Endeavour lit up the night sky #OTD in 2002 as it launched for the 14-day STS-113 mission.
One of the seven crew members on board was John Herrington—the first citizen of a Native American tribe to fly in space. https://t.co/10gsLwDS1g
When I confided in my friend Brenda Laurel that I wanted to share my poetry freely on the internet, she listened with an open heart.
A few days later, she suggested that her husband, Rob Tow — a longtime Xerox PARC scientist, inventor with 17 U.S. patents, and builder of thoughtful systems for decades — would generously build a website for the express purpose of sharing my work.
No paywall. No advertisements. No mailing list sign-ups. Just the poems, open for anyone to read.
And he did exactly that.
The result is https://t.co/eKUswo4Vux — a clean, peaceful home for my poetry online, which for now includes two books I published last year, "Stolen Diamonds, Lost Rubies" and "Poems From My Panda Loving Heart." There will be more to come, and Rob has engineered the site to outlive its toolchain.
I am deeply grateful to Brenda for her kindness and to Rob for turning that idea into reality with such vigilant intention. In a world full of barriers, this act of generosity speaks volumes.
Thank you Brenda and Rob.

@TheWillFolks@RalphNorman Will calling a distinguished congressman pretty handsome like he's one rejected Tinder swipe away from sliding into his mentions with, hey big boy, need a campaign manager... or a step stool? 🤣
seriously though if Ralfie sports a pair of red stacked Louboutins, watch out world.
