People who follow me will know that I’m mainly about fitness and music.

Music actually used to play a much bigger part in my life but it’s so hard to get anywhere with it, so I mainly do it for fun these days.

However, it still means the world to me if people listen to what I do….after all, it’s a big part of what and who I am.

This track was published in 1976! Why is that significant?

Because it was the year I was born, and I can identify with every single word. Now as much as 40 years ago, when I first became aware of it.

It’s also the only track I’ve ever covered that rivals Bohemian Rhapsody in terms of…well everything 😂

There is absolutely no doubt. John Miles was a genius!

I actually did the bulk of the work on this about ten years ago over a weekend but never found the stamina to finish the last little section in the middle…

About three weeks ago you heard me complaining that some of my older projects won’t play because a company I used stopped supporting their older sounds.

Well I’ve replaced all the missing sounds with my new favourite orchestral plugin company and finally finished that section in the middle.
