Last Thursday I passed my oral comprehensive exam and became a PhD candidate! I couldn’t be more excited to continue my thesis work in the @StLegerLab working on neuro-immune interactions in the cornea! So grateful for the amazing support system who helped me celebrate 🥳

So incredibly sad and frustrated with this decision. Faculty from the World Languages Department made a huge impact on my college experience and helped me become more culturally aware. It’s sad to think future WVU students won’t get this opportunity.
