Once you begin to earn a little more, it’s important to optimise your life for ease and rest.

For me, boredom might mean playing on my PS5 downstairs or taking my handheld Xbox upstairs. When I need some air, I take any of the cars for a long drive. When I need a complete change of scenery, I pack a bag and visit a new country.

The specifics will differ for everyone, and they don’t have to be expensive. The point is to build small outlets into your life that help you slow down, reset and enjoy the rewards of your hard work.
