I am among the passengers affected by this cancellation, but the quality of the support provided, which was flawless, deserves to be highlighted, as this is not always what one experiences elsewhere : timely notification, a clear explanation of the issue, communication about the next available flight, baggage handling for those who preferred not to retrieve their luggage immediately, as well as hotel transfers or arrangements to return home, etc.

Unforeseen events are part of air travel, and when they are handled with such humanity, it is hard not to understand and forgive.

It is true that a cancelled flight is frustrating, but it is better to travel with peace of mind than with bitterness, and better to arrive late than never...
