Also, customer experience! It can make or break your business, especially when starting a new brand.
But that is a different subject! 😄

You can't sell if nobody wants/needs your product!
👉 What "problem" are you trying to solve with your product?
👉 Who is your target audience? Interest, age range, gender, social status...
👉 Are your prices aligned with the disposable income of your target audience?
You're ads suck because you're:
❌ Focusing on your product's features instead of benefits
❌ Your guessing what resonates with your audience
You need to:
✅ Finding your audience's pain points/frustrations
✅ Position your product as an attractive solution to their problems.

@DsMatie Agree! That also apply in life in general: hurt people hurt people.
Most of the time people taking it on you has nothing to do with you but with what they are going through.
Obviously not a excuse but it helps to step back and get some perspective on the situation.
@DsMatie Totally agree, we had people asking for refund, arguing is not worth your time.
Apology + refund can do wonders, leaving it in good terms with the merchant is better whenever possible. It can turn a situation around: we had merchants change a bad review for a much better one!
