Bank Holiday Monday was the third run in the WSFRL 🏃🏻. Lewes AC hosting the 10km race which keeps Haywards Heath Harriers top of the league table.

With a little bit of mixed emotions 🥲 today was Run Gatwick ✈️. A 10km run around the perimetre road and along a service road 🏃🏻‍♂️. The closest you can get to the runway. Last year my Dad was still with us. @hhharriers1 @runners_blue @UKRunChat @UKRunning1 @uknetrunner

Beautiful sunny ☀️ day so I nipped across to @wakehurst_kew 🌳 for @parkrunUK @parkrun. This is a new course 🏃🏻‍♂️on two properties, @nationaltrust covering the historic house 🏡 and @kewgardens 🌿 covering the grounds. Either way it’s a beautiful run 🪵 in the heart of Sussex 🌾.

Yesterday was Lewes AC turn to host the West Sussex Fun Run League 🏃‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️. This was a beautiful 10km XC run under the South Downs 🌿. Starting and finishing at Lewes athletics track with 15 athletics clubs involved. @hhharriers1 @runners_blue @UKRunChat @UKRunning1

@thehistoriann A friend applied for a job got through the paper sift, interview, competency test and vetting. Got the letter of acceptance and then they pulled the post due to restructuring. It’s occurring a lot.
