Wait...
You're telling me the screaming cat tied to Roaring Kitty actually had a name this whole time?
And it's TYGR?
Nah.
That's the exact kind of lore CT sends to stupid numbers.
https://t.co/bji2FHRO8f
$TYGR isn't just a cat coin. It's THE cat. The one in every @TheRoaringKitty video, every intro, every profile pic since 2021.
10 hours of research. Every appearance compiled into one thread. Here we go 🧵
BEFORE BUYING $RK ( GucEhMs1bEUGNQAGQKhi9KXU2r9YDCFiAuJfXBjoBAGS ) READ THIS:
are these pictures the same?
if you look closely, the answer is no.
on the left is Rambo, on the right is Roaring Kitty's current PFP.
there is no correlation, and the fact they are wearing the same color bandana is merely coincidence.
Now is not the time to be rotating your conviction bags
This is a holders market and those that know what they hold will win big
And for those that don’t, well…
Max pain will be felt 🥀 🥀
I'll be honest, when I first saw $TYGR my reaction was that it's larp. Another coin slapping a Roaring Kitty connection on a random cat to farm the narrative. The space is full of that, so the skepticism was warranted.
Then I actually looked at the evidence and couldn't fault it.
The photo in Roaring Kitty's pfp traces to a real Dreamstime listing from 2008, credited to a photographer named Jiří Kasal in Dačice, Czech Republic.
That part is independently verifiable, anyone can pull the listing right now.
@bagwalkbw then went a step further and contacted Kasal directly, who confirmed the cat's name was Tygr and gave the backstory of where it was born.
Multiple people have since gone and verified it themselves.
So this isn't a vibes-based connection. It's the actual cat in the actual photo Keith Gill has used as his visual identity for years, with a documented chain back to the source.
Once that clicked, the current marketcap stopped making sense to me.
Tygr is face of the single most recognizable persona in retail finance, and it's sitting at $40k. wtf?
The asymmetry is the whole point. The downside is a small bag on a memecoin, which I can live with.
The upside is being early to a piece of lore that mainstream finance hasn't even reported on yet. When this story gets a real write-up, and a story this clean eventually will, the price it's at today won't exist anymore.
I went in skeptical and came out holding. Do your own diligence, but actually look before you dismiss it.

Let me tell you why $TYGR is the most underpriced lore coin in the market right now.
Every cultural movement gets one mascot.
For GME, it was always the cat in Roaring Kitty's pfp. Same one in every video, every intro, every stream graphic since 2021, even on Paul Dano wore it in Dumb Money. Nobody knew its name until last week.
@bagwalkbw tracked the photo back to a Czech photographer named Jiří Kasal who took it in 2008, emailed him cold, and got the answer. The cat is Tygr, which means "little tiger" in Czech.
A kitten named Tiger, used as the avatar for a guy called Roaring Kitty. Wild how clean the wordplay is once you see it.
Now think about the comparisons.
Doge has Kabosu, Pepe has Matt Furie, Wojak has Krzywinski. Every culturally durable memecoin has a real-world anchor you can point to, and Tygr just joined that list with primary-source verification from the photographer himself.
And it's $40k market cap right now.
The other RK coins like $GME, $BP, $RKC all run on narrative. $TYGR has way more.
This isn't "a kitty coin," it's the literal face of the entire Roaring Kitty persona, and the story is brand new. Matt Levine hasn't written about it, Bloomberg hasn't picked it up, and when that happens it's a different price.
Also worth noting: a solana degen solved the biggest open mystery in RK lore. Not a journalist, not a documentary crew, just a hard working trencher. This is a story that is born from the trenches.
I'm holding this long term. 8 figures minimum in a good market. The story is too clean, the anchor is too real, and the price is too low.
