That FBI agent was a total jerk! I would absolutely hate to come across this guy. I bet he's a real jerk when he is off duty, also. I sincerely hope he is not married and has no kids. I cannot imagine the home life of they have. We can do without bully's like him. The Sgt. did not raise his voice, and seemed to try and keep things calm, rather than escalate everytime he opened his mouth. -5 for FBI, and 10 for the Sgt.
