@a_inesm @CheevoWaiting @catvalente I think people misunderstand what the issue is for people. Nobody has an issue with gay or diverse characters in games. It's when agendas are pulled just for the sake of it at the expense of good storytelling. The beauty of the original Mass Effect is it was for everyone
@GamesNosh Ironically part of the reason that Veilguard was so bad was because they brought a bunch of the Mass Effect team in to finish it and they had no respect for Dragon Age. It was a total culture clash.

@thegameawards Mass Effect 1 and 2 were okay, and those were the only half interesting games they made.
What a waste of a company.
I'm sad and glad we never got another Mass Effect after 3. Big game studios today to not care for quality like they used too and even then the cracks were forming near the end of that era. Independent studios like Larian are the only ones capable of providing that quality today.

You shouldve kept identity politics out of your company. dragon age veilgaurd was really the final nail in the coffin and anthem that game shouldn't have been a thought until you completed mass effect Andromeda. you screwed up! got a franchise destroyed. A franchise that was there for me when i was getting the shit kicked out of me by my uncle and when my mom was on drugs i was having to take care of her and even call the ambulance because she was overdosing. You know what game kept me sane through those dark times and allowed me to not worry or think about those issues or allowed me to push through those issues was mass effect 1,2 and 3. Its sucks abd im pissed but at least you wont taint that franchise anymore

@EnemyClass_ They did this to themselves. Plenty of their devs on this app trash talking their customer base for the last 10 years. It was long overdue. Most of the people who made Mass effect 1 nearly 20 years ago likely already long gone from the studio.
@bioware Go woke, go broke. Studio shut down and layoffs are inevitable, thatโs what you fucking get for making unappealing games lately like Mass Effect Andromeda and Dragon Age The Veilguard. Next time bring your A game, oh wait there isnโt a next time. No one want woke and ugly slop.
Can I be honest? As much as I love both Mass Effect and Dragon Age, I think letting those series die is the right thing to do. The gaming community has this problem where they want IPs to become zombies no matter how badly a series should be allowed to just end.
