@RealGabagoo @UniversalORL Two days after you and today the experience is the same, over 5 hours inside the Ministry of Magic cue, nowhere to go, no sits, no restrooms and about 7 times stops for malfunctions on the ride. Really disappointed, not coming back.

@UniversalORL just wanted to let you know my family and I were at epic universe yesterday and were highly disappointed with ride operations. We purchased express passes and multiple rides had malfunctions and/or broken animatronics. Ride operations were disappointing.
