@KFOX14 Look I'm all for equality and such but why re-term something that doesn't necessarily mean that the person has reproductive organs? A mother is a mother and a father is a father, biology doesn't matter. Well, at least not to me anyway.

@KFOX14 I mean, at the same time, many children in foster care might feel differently about this. Their mothers and fathers either died or ditched them for whatever reason. "Birthing parents" might sound appropriate to them since they would refer to their adoptive parents as mom and dad.

@abc7breaking All she said was her office hopes to begin trial in 2023 and that they are seeking the death penalty. She didn't state any opinions regarding the case to influence anyone. Maybe I just don't know the judicial system well enough but I don't see what she did wrong ..
