According to a recent, unsealed federal lawsuit, Walmart used its status as best customer to influence Pepsi into surveilling and forcing Walmart competitors to RAISE their prices so that it was impossible for them to sell Pepsi for less than Walmart did.
"It's hard to imagine that Pepsi is the only major supplier Walmart has this arrangement with."
Is it legal?
Not at all.
