@miguelogbe@porkmanpork@phonefuturist The general user doesn't care about usb 3.0 (I do care tho) so kinda makes sense to not use in a non pro phone. But still is a missed opportunity.
I like however that they increased the battery atleast on the S26 , curious about the S27 a lot.
@miguelogbe@porkmanpork@phonefuturist Well, I think if the S26 had 45w support and a better 50 MP ultrawide camera with macro mode, at least the screen "disadvantage" could have been ignored and the Samsung would be a iPhone 17 competitor.
In this scenario, the only disadvantages are the lack of 3x zoom and USB 2.0.
@chiewokequi@guywiththepie Sata ssds are less made than nvme so it kinda makes sense even tho it is worse. Crucial MX500 is discontinued since 1 year or so as an example.
@GenX46622509@mochamuch1@phonefuturist In Europe you would be able to send it back without questions saying it is a manufacturer defect and getting it replaced or just get your money back without problems. That's sadly sadly a region problem. The frustration is really understandable
@GenX46622509@mochamuch1@phonefuturist Yeah same on xiaomi stuff and laptops. I just read the QC issues there while in Europe I never hear them having issues or the devices frying suddenly or dying or the support/service center making problems.
It's just annoying for yall , I believe you
@GenX46622509@mochamuch1@phonefuturist It's more a preference thing, you cannot just tell a Android user to buy iPhone either. That's the thing too ofc.
At the Pro Max and Ultra range it's more preference imo , the phones are really similar level quality if you ask me.
@GenX46622509@mochamuch1@phonefuturist Hey, not to mean it badly or anything, but are you sure that's not an India market only problem? Every time I see a Samsung defective post or like service center stuff, it's almost always India.
@heisenberg2543@sieur_pc Yeah me too , solid price if you ask me. Addionally you even can write them if anything happens to the cooler since they have warranty.
I also got a m.2 heatsink because it didn't fit to my motherboard aswell for free , the support is just superb
@Atoo07@KaizokuBalls Yeah, a 5600 would do a much better job there with a B550 mobo, especially on a 5060ti 8GB, where it benefits a lot from having a fast connection. Additionally, that PSU is straight garbage, he didn't even bother putting a proper C Tier PSU from MSI/Corsair. (And the ram problem)
