And suddenly, all those who are defending her are saying that she is a minor, 15-16 years old. She is just a girl.

If she is mature enough to publicly make such serious and provocative statements about religious beliefs, then she should also be mature enough to face criticism and be held accountable for those statements. Being 15–16 years old cannot automatically make someone immune to criticism.

Age should not be used as a victim card when she has repeatedly made such statements. If she is old enough to express such opinions publicly, she should also be prepared to hear disagreement and criticism.

I gave @Nishuazad11 (Nishu Aazad) a clear and polite opportunity to delete the posts that insult Hindu Deities, Bhagwan Shiv, Bhagwan Shri Krishna, Maa Saraswati, and Maa Durga.

She is a minor. That is why I first asked her, and through her, her father, to take the posts down instead of rushing to legal action. Neither she nor her father deleted those posts. The content remains public.

I was left with no option but to file a complaint against her and her father/guardian for this deliberate refusal.

Disagreement with someone’s faith is a personal choice. It does not confer a licence to mock, degrade or insult the Gods and worship of others.

Freedom of speech is not freedom to outrage religious feelings. Those who post such content, and those who allow a minor’s account to keep it online after notice, must be prepared to face the process of law.

बच्चों को सिर्फ इसलिए रोक कर लाइन से अलग हटा दिया गया था क्योंकि बच्चियों ने जन्माष्टमी के महौल के अनुसार राधा रानी जैसी ड्रेस पहनी हुई थी जो सिक्योरिटी दे रही टीम को पसंद नहीं आई | मतलब अब हिंदु��ं के ही देश में हिंदू बच्चियों अगर धार्मिक ड्रेस पहन कर किसी धरोहर को देखने जाना चाहती हैं तो उनको देखने नहीं दिया जायेगी |

ठीक इसी प्रकार हिंदुओं की बच्चियों और महिलाओं का शोषण तब होता है जब किसी कंपीटीशन का पेपर देने के लिए बच्चियां एग्जाम सेंटर पर जाती हैं तब हिंदू महिलाओं के मंगलसूत्र | बिंदी और लड़कियों के कलावा तक उतरवा लिए जाते है पर मजहबी महिला का हिजाब तक उतरवाने की किसी की हिम्मत न���ीं होता |

आज इस कांड को देख जितनी गुस्सा सिक्योरटी गार्ड पर आ रही है उतनी ही आस पास खड़े हिंदुओं पर जो सनातन का अपमान देखते रहे पर इक्ट्ठे हो कर दो शब्द परिवार के समर्थन में नहीं बोल पाए | अगर बोल दिए होते तो परिवार अकेला संघर्ष नहीं करता और हमको पोस्ट नहीं करनी पड़ती |

लेकिन हिंदू तो सिर्फ सरकार के विरोध में बोलता है | दूसरी जातियों को टारगेट करना हो तब बोलता है | अपनी जाति को महान बताना हो तब जोर जोर से बोलता है | पर जब खुले आम हमारी संस्कृति का विरोध करा जाता है तब एक शब्द तक नहीं बोल पाता | क्योंकि तब एजुकेटेड बन कर अपना स्टेटस दिखाता है |

आज इस कांड को देख कर मन बहुत दुखी और गुस्से में भी है | हिंदुओं अगर जरा सी भी शर्म बची हो तो इस मुद्दे पर विरोध जरूर जता देना | और दूसरे हिंदुओं को सोशल मीडि���ा के माध्यम से बता देना कि देखो किस किस तरह की योजना बनाई जा रही हैं अभी से हमारे बच्चों को सनातन के विरोध में खड़ा करने की |

क्योंकि आज जिन बच्चों को राधा रानी की ड्रेस पहन कर अंदर जाने से रोका गया है | आगे आगे इन बच्चों के दिमाग में यही हेजीटेशन रहेगा कि फिर से कोई सनातन विचारों का प्रदर्शन करा तो ऐसा न हो हमको लाइन से अलग कर दिया जाए |
