The Final Tailgate honoring Jerry Grohn
☘️ June 7, 12 PM - 6 PM
Details are attached, and we hope to see you there to celebrate the life of a great man and coach.
Always had a soft spot for Coach Grohn. Countless laughs shared on and off the field that I’ll forever cherish. Rest easy coach, we’ll miss you down here
An amazing man and incredible coach. You made an impact on everyone you came across with your energy, your humor, and the way you truly cared about people. You were one of a kind, and you will be deeply missed. Rest easy Coach.
Helluva ball Coach but even a better friend & man. What I would give to have 1 more phone call convo just BS’ing about everything. The part I’ll truly cherish though is you always asking how Rhett was doing. Glad we were able to spend numerous seasons together.
RIP Coach Jerry💚
Coach Grohn was an incredible man. His love & passion for the game of football were truly unmatched. I’ll always cherish the talks we had during my time w/ the Chi Slaughter. He had a way of sharing wisdom that went far beyond the field.
He will be deeply missed. My thoughts & prayers are w/ his family & the entire Providence Catholic community. 🙏🏽
It’s with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our coach, mentor and friend, Jerry Grohn.
Coach battled courageously for 3.5 years while pouring his passion and heart into our program. Your legacy will last for generations. Thank you, coach.
