@jenniferlagarde Have you seen what Boston Public Schools is doing? SLJ Dec 20th issue article about how they are working toward equity with the strategic plan for equity in libraries across the district! It can happen anywhere.. and GID is a cornerstone to their plan! :D @InquiryK12
@shareski I feel like there is more urgency around it but less action in some spaces. We've settled into ruts and they are comfortable but not serving students well at all. Things like college board keep us in those spaces so innovation is really an uphill battle at times @lesliemaniotes
