In 53rd Brigade ΜΟΝΟΜΑΧΟΣ, a ceremony was held to award tank crews on the occasion of Tank Troops Day. The brigade commander congratulated the personnel of the tank battalion on their professional holiday and presented distinctions for courage, resilience, and the execution of combat missions.

“All key successes on the battlefield are the result of our tank crews’ work. You destroy fortified enemy positions and hold the sectors where battles are decided. Ahead lie new missions, and I am confident you will continue to relentlessly break through the enemy’s defensive areas. At the same time, we will always remember our fellow tankers who fell in battle. Their names are inscribed in the combat glory of the brigade.”

Modern war has proven that tanks remain one of the key elements of battle. They are the armor that withstands strikes and the firepower that allows us to repel the enemy and strengthen our defenses.

The tankers of the 53rd Brigade MONOMAXOE carry out difficult missions every day and ensure the resilience of units on the most challenging fronts.

The ranks of ΜΟΝΟΜΑΧΟΣ have been reinforced by legionnaires.
Warriors from Brazil and Portugal have joined the brigade. In their home countries, they already had experience serving in the armed forces and police, bringing with them discipline and military skills.
